Information is collected directly from you and, where authorised, from third parties including lenders, credit reporting agencies and identity verification providers.
Your personal information may be disclosed to banks and non-bank lenders, credit reporting agencies, identity verification and compliance service providers, and professional advisers where authorised or required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Personal information is stored electronically using secure systems. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
We retain personal information for at least seven years, or longer where required to meet legal, regulatory or AML/CFT obligations.
