If you wish to use FME Finance services you must be 18 years of age.

Fees
FME Finance charge a ‘broker fee’ which will be added onto your loan. The lender will pay this broker fee to FME Finance to cover costs associated with the loan documentation preparation and settlement of your loan. The broker fee is set to $500 although in our sole discretion we may determine to charge a lesser sum than that. The fees may be in addition to any commission received from a lender.

We may collect your personal information through this Website. We collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy, for example so that we can: perform our business activities, provide your contact details to relevant participating finance companies. We respect your right to privacy, and subject to any agreement that you have with us, you may elect not to provide your personal information to us. However, if you choose not to do so, then we may not be able to respond to you, or ask our participating franchisees and finance brokers to contact you.
In addition to using your personal information for the purpose for which it is given, we may also disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy, for example to: any employees and agents of FME Finance and related purposes; regulators and law enforcement agencies, associated businesses and other organizations for any authorized purpose with your express consent.
You consent to your personal information being collected, used and disclosed in accordance with these Terms and our privacy policy. You must not submit the personal information of another person, unless that person has read, understood and accepted these Terms and our privacy policy.

General
I/we acknowledge that if i/we do not provide all or any part of the information requested on this application form, my/our application for finance may be declined. I/we further acknowledge that pursant to the Privacy Act 2020, I/we have a right of access to information collected by FME Finance about me/us and to request that this information be corrected. The information will be held at the office of FME Finance, or the registered offices of any party nominated by FME Finance..
